False FIR against brother by police to destroy his career and life

05-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
The High Court and the Sessions Court rejected anticipatory bail of my brother..the High Court asked to surrender before itself and apply for regular bail which might not be given..no notice by police yet, enquiry is going on...police have applied so many charges that are non bailable...what should he do next...what happens once he surrenders in the High Court as he has to give job exams and his name was given by the intention of destroying his carrier as he still is an aspirant of government jobs. What should we do?

If your brother's bail application has been rejected upto the High Court , you could approach to the Supreme court or to surrender before the court where the case is pending at the initial stage (before the Magistrate). You could represent the senior police officer to show your innocence along with the documents if any available with you or may request to the higher police officer for fair investigate into the matter .

Regarding your query please don't worry about this matter. Now you have only option to surrender before the court concerned with a reasonable grounds. I think you can got bail. Till the judgement of conviction the person should not treated as guilty.
