False dowry case what can I do

Hii case of dowry been placed over me with section of 420 3dpr act whr neither engagement taken place and they cancelled due to the reason of our status without informing us nor taken us they hv booked the marriage hall whr we hunt demanded any kind of dowry frm dem after 2yrs I was getting married to other girl now they placed a case on me and I hv got married to other girl to 1. Before marriage we whr loving each other from 3 yrss after that informed to parents girl and her family didn't agree regards to our status now the case as been plcd hw to cum out of this pls suggest
If your marriage has not taken place due to the girls parents not agreeing to your marriage, how has the girl gone ahead and filed the dowry case, a case for demand of dowry will arise only if the boy marries the girl and continues to demand dowry, in your case the marriage itself was not completed, therefore there is no question of dowry.
If the complaint has been filed, file 482 petition before the High court and get the complaint quashed.
