A woman filed fir based on false complaint under sections 307, 498a , 506 r/w 34 ipc on her husband and his family as well as on the girl and her family with whom she s claiming that her husband has illegal intimacy. anticipatory bail to the husband got rejected in local court . what are the consequences and what can be done further to safeguard the husband ,his family and the girl n her family
