False case registered against father

My sis has registered FIR against her husband with charges of domestic voilence and attempt to murder case...and the investigation going on from last 6 months..and her husband is roaming freely...now to take revenge my sis husband has registered false case against my father saying tht my father has attacked him by biting him on his hand with teeth...he has done some mark on his hand and got the medical report of it...but its not at all true..my father has not met him since 2 yrs and now suddenly that guy has put up this case ....please suggest what should be done..

its a counterblast case that has been lodged against your father for filing DVA Case , their is two way you may approach , one wait for the police to see what they do whether FIR get register or not , or take initiative and get the case quashed ( dismissed ) in initial stage itself , choice is yours.
