False case of 498A filed by wife. Charge sheet not filed for 6 months

My wife has filed 498 406 and 34 against me and charge sheet is not yet filed and its been 6 months now. How do I defend the false case? I have obtained AB as well. What about the period of filing chargesheet. I am a Muslim can I give her talaq and do I have to pay aluminy or maintenance? Kindly help me fight the case and is there a way my mother can b freed from this case? Please help
You will have to pay her maintenance even after Talaq which is being held by supreme Court and various court.
If your wife is educated then you can take the plea that she is not entitled for maintenance , however if she is not educated then you have to pay her maintenance as per law.
Further, we suggest that you get into a settlement with your wife and fix an alimony amonunt. After you have arrived at settlement, you can file a quashing petition under Section 482 of CRPC and get the case quashed.
This is the only solution your mother will also be deleted from the case.
