False case of 498a and 494 what can I do

Dear sir,my marriage done in 2009 ..and that time I was 16 years old and that was I forced child marriage..and i nver live with her.i run away from home After that i married again with my girlfrnd in 2015 when i was become 22 years old..and my wife filed a case of 498@ and 494 to harrase me and mg family..I applied for bail and for my family bail was granted but district court refuse my bail and issue a warrant...and in my fanily no one support me...so i want my bail and cancel my child marriage..so what can i do? Kindly guide me?

You have to file a petition regarding nullity of marraige . But before that u have to move to high Court for the anticipatory bail otherwise u will be arrested and you have to face the conconsequence ...
