is there any protection to a govt employee of india against false case imposed by someone for the purpose to threatening and getting some monetory benifits
has an FIR been filed against you and the court has summoned you in this case. No there are no protection rights or perks in criminal cases or civil cases for government employee as the law is same for all. you need to defend your case and prove your innocence.
