Sir if opposite party file the wrong civil case under wrong section and wrong Court (consumer court instead of lower Court can we raise claim of Search Results Hrashment in same case and same Court thanks and look forward reply in this connection
Sir I need to know more details under what sections case is filed against you and what is the legal issue.. Consumer court do not entertain criminal charges.. If you can provide me more details I will be able to guide you further

Yes u can ask only for compensation on the same case if pending but if decided then u have to file separate case but you should mention the compensation in the prayer my friend.

If you feel a wrong civil case has been filed against you then you must take that objection in your pleadings and include it in the written statement which you shall file in Court in response to the petition. The power shall be of the presiding officer/judge to decide if he/they have jurisdiction to hear the matter and if they adjudicate in your favour then the other party will be directed to approach the correct Forum.
