False case filed against me for a fight in office,how to get out of it

last year 29.12.2016 there is Munispal shop tender at Andhra Pradesh state Kurnool District in Yemmiganur morning 10.30 mee and my friend went to Yemmiganur Munispal office for ST reserved shop I’m belongs to ST sooo there is other persons also came for tender they said us leave the tender we said no then they beat us we are students sir we didn’t fight they scrolled us and beat very badly and they put SC ST case on my friend chenna basava goud by abusing ST but he didn’t say anything wrong on that person then after Munispal Commisinor put case on two persons that public property damage in Yemmiganur police station case type FIR 171/2016 the police went to Munispal office for Enquiry they put case CC 170/2017 on 8 members my name also included sir I didn’t break the Munispal office glass I’m trying to stop the fight we have a video footage also sir I want get out of this case recently I complete my MBA sir my dream is for civil services please help mee how can get out from this case
