In my case of 420 3dp after one n half pentitioner is trying add 376 how it could be done ? As said earlier we didnt enact in any sexual act but she is saying we hv done what are all cross question must be done through our lawyer and I'm already married to other girl also by purposely they made case which police supported to stop marriage what are the steps we can take .against her she hv said by demanding dowry they cancalled hall when they hv booked we didn't know at all. What to do?
Was a charge sheet filed against you first and are they alter on adding 376 to it ? What evidence are there against you ? Is it police complaint or private complaint ? IT seems you are already having a advocate.
