False accusations by a girl on my friend and my aunt.

Me girl and my friend stayd as a tenants in one girls house.... BCoz of 1month rent that house owner and his boy friend attempted murder with a knife on me....We called police...Police came and gave warning to them and told us to leave with out giving rent...We left from there...With in 1day again that girl started harassing my friends(boy) mom...My aunt is very tensed regarding this....That owner calling my aunt everyday and sending her account number for rent and she is spreading many rumours on us....When we are going to station that police is not taking serious...He is laughingg...What we have to do??? We want to raise a complaint..Can u pls tell me the sections.based on that we will complain....We shouldn't get calls from her and more over she should be in jail for atleast a month for murder attempt.....And harassment of a ex army's wife with health issue....
Hi, You can file a criminal complaint against them with near by police station for attempt murder/Harassment. you may not mention the section on the complaint. If police refuse to file FIR based on the complaint, you may approach a lawyer to get direction from the court to file a FIR .

If the police is not entertaining your complaint, you can directly approach the superintendent of police. You can also file the private complaint before the court.
