False accusation of bribe & taping an illegal video & sharing online

a hotel staff has a intimate video of my & my ex boyfriend and on questioning and objection from my ex and his current wife ,the hotel manager is accusing me of asking to tape the video which i did not.he is saying i bribed him which he has a verbal proof only.he does not have any written or telephonic mail exchange from me ,since he is lying of course.pls advice can i be accused in this case or face any legal action,as my ex is also blaming me for it now
