Fake FIR on brother's name what can be done

Hell sir, I just want to know about some rules of Indian law our matter is this my brother in law whose living in France till from 8. Years and now he came back to meet with his family and he is having p.o. Fake fir on his that he beat some family of his village but now he came back and we returned in India on last Sat. And we have already passed paper from Chandigarh of his Vail. But now judge said he have to. Live in jail for somedays so what we can do and how we get rid from this cause please help us tell me what to do when he will get Vail from jail on 17 Oct 2016 and how we can stop the other party to reopen the cause please help us
Sir, it a settled law that no bail could be granted to P.O. However, you should challenge the P.O order showing the courts relevant documents to prove that u have no knowledge about the registration of FIR.
