Fake documents presenting by one party in court what legal action

sir,case of dasolution deed betwwen two brothers one brother make it fake.and witness is real two bhatija they said in court that sign by one party is original and signed in front of us. but court has declared that the sign is duplicate . this deed is fake this is 420 maid by one brother against second brother. sir i want to know the status of two wittness. are they safe or not. first party complaint against three persons in ssp officce hoshiarpur .now police says that they will make case and arrest of all three persons. sir tell me the status thanks

Since the court has already opined that the signatures are not genuine, so the opinion of the court is to be believed and the witnesses evidence is not carrying weight as the court has given diffrent opinion and verdict.
