Fake cases against me what to do

Hi, My name is sukhvinder from delhi, my wife lodge a fake report against me and my family and got me arrested in 2013. Till my arrest she was not appeared in the court and she trying to put the case logger so that I can give her 25 lacs. Now she also registered divorce case against me in jan 2016 but no notice have been sent to me yet. Also in 2013 a maintenance case was registered against me but no notice has been sent to me yet. All cases are registered at jalandher, punjab. I dont not what she want from my side. We have a male child who is living with her. Pls suggest what I can do in this from my side. In 2016, I register a case under section 211 in dwarka delhi court against my wife but same was dismissed by the judge saying that first let your other case finalised. I cant understatnad what should I do at my end. Pls help. All cases are registered in Jalandhar punjab.
See if your wife is unnecessarily harrasing you by filing a case here and there you can defend yourself at that very place where she has filed the frivolous cases against you. You can apprise the Court there that it has no jurisdiction... We can discuss the case in detail.

Dnt wry, first of all you need to get details of all the cases that are registeted against you in punjab so that you can appear and defend yourself. You can get the details from the concerned court feom inqury by giving names or any other details that you have . Also talk to your wife and ask what she wants and try to sort it out.

In modern times, a few ladies have been misusing women oriented law only with the view to harass and to extort money from their husbands. without your proper presentation, you may not get justice because her statements will be uncontroverted. You may file cases for restitution of conjugal right, child custody etc at Delhi.
