Fake case for train chain pulling by the Railways Police.

Fake case has been registered by RPF for train chain pulling. My daughter was missing when we try to board train and immediately I got down. And my family was inside the coach. Due to my family screaming someone pulled chain and my daughter found 2 coaches away and they asked my father-in-law to give a letter that he pulled the chain. And when I tried to board train some RPF came and took me to station and they asked me to write a letter that I pulled chain where my daughter found 2 coaches away. But according to section 141 as I read they can't register case when it is a valid reason. But that time they threatened me and asked me that I pulled chain and I paid the fine 500₹. I want to reopen and fight against it.
You filed a petition before concerned high court invoking section 482 of crpc by presenting duly sworned affidavit with notary attestation and prays for reopen of case stated that you paid fine under coercion from police
