Dear owner with regards to the black magic It is neither the oppressor nor the oppressed to be blamed for any kind of such incidences of black magic or witchcraft but it is the faith that is the root cause for everything. The faith makes the man to believe that by worshipping, performing Pooja, fasting on certain occasions, doing certain rites and rituals he will be benefited with success, happiness and prosperity.

Hi,
What exactly is your brother doing which makes you think that he does black magic and how can we prove the same?
The only remedy which we have is to file an FIR with the local police station giving details of the activities being carried on by your brother.

it depends where u reside there is no provision in Indian Penal Code talk me on mobile by narrating ur circumstnaces If he is still troturing u metnally u can seek shelter in other provision and black magic means nothing have faith on ur God
