The conduct of the school fall under vicarious liability. When the boy is under their supervision they should have more careful and because of their restlessness act your son has lost his sight. The school is liable to pay damages as well as the medical expenses. You have to file a case for compensation before the court of competent jurisdiction. Do not delay. Make up your mind and take action accordingly. Best of luck.

You should first go to a doctor to take opinion for the reason of the loss of eye sight of your kid and then lodge a complaint with the Directorate of Education against the said school and then file a initiate criminal action against the school principal and the management and further a consumer complaint for the recovery of the damages present and future for the loss of eyesight, physical and mental harassment, expenses incured on treatment etc. Don't forgive them in any circumstances. Thanks

There are two courses of action open to you. The first would be to file a criminal complaint for criminal negligence. The second would be to approach the consumer courts to claim damages which could be used to help your child cope with his disability.

This is a case for criminal negligence, it is the prime responsibility of school to take care the kid, and informed promptly to the parent about any happening,
You can file a criminal case against the school, and also for the compensation, in the proper court of law.
Second you can also file a case before commission for protection of child right, and also give a complaint to the education ministry.

First file a police complaint against the school.

Hi, you may sue the school authorities for the lack of the care. Both the criminal as well as civil cases may be filed by them and you are required to meet in person to discuss all the details. after all it is the question of life of a child.
