Drink n drive traffic offence content found was 52mg / 100ml

Query: I have been chalaned for drink n drive by Delhi police (to be presented to dwarka court) yesterday, though the intake of alcohol was very less by me(although more than, what is prescribed by Hnbl'e Court) - content found was 52mg / 100ml, please suggest how can I get rid of this situation , since this was the first time offence against me of any kind ...please suggest
The blood alcohol content(BAC) is 0.03% in 100ml of blood. The courts are normally lenient with the first time offenders. Take help from your local counsel. Go to the court and pay fine and you are done

In hurry I thing you have mentioned wrong period. It should be " Tomorrow" in lieu of " Yesterday". You have not mentioned in your query as to in which court your case would be presented. However generally by admitting before the court , judges take lenient view and discharge the person concerned after being reprimanded/warned.
