Dowry harassment case against in laws husband defaming me

i had filed a genuine case against my husband in laws, keeping in mind their cruel and brutal behavior with me in Women's cell. My husband had hired a lawyer after he got the notice but i did not, as it wasn't required. After 2 CAW sessions and 2 mediation sessions, the husband,I want to work it out by giving a last chance by living separately with him bt my husband decided to defame me by saying that I am on facebook and tinder. I was shocked too death.Is being on tinder a crime? just having male friends doesn't mean I'm characterless. I've never been unfaithful.What can be done? i'm clueless
You no need to do anything special in this case. Havning male frnds is not a crime and you are at liberty to make frnds thrre or any other socia site. So far is case against your husband is concern they are making their defence only and you have face them at any situation

See these things of defaming you by taking any pictures of you from your facebook profile do attract punishments under Indian Penal provisions. Whatever you have filed under DV Act it may take time to become as FIR and punish them.so if you have solid evidence of dowry harassment then file a police complaint under Dowry Harassment where in FIR will be lodged against them soon. The other thing is you have to take the call whether you can live with your husband after reconciling and at times may so happen reconciliation may not be possible. In such events you have to discuss about Divorce proceedings and maintenance etc., so consult a lawyer at the earliest.

No certainly not being on social sites and friendship with male counterparts is not a crime it's sick mentality of male who thinks like this. You should file case for defamation against your husband both civil n criminal and too claim damages from him

You have already filed cases against him and now if he is defaming you by using unparlimentary statement against you and even if he is giviing these statement in writing then you should file a defamation cases aginast him.
