Sir meine ek real estate group me job Karta tha. Wahan rehte meine boss ke kehne pe kuch plots ki registries me saakh Dali thi. Ab meine wahan se job chhod di ek saal pehle. Boss ne double registry karwa di in plots ki. Kya mujh par case ban Sakta hai. Kyuki meri saakh thi us plot par. Or 420 ka case mujh par bhi Banta hai. Please advice de.
Saakh ka matlab hi h ki aap kisi cheej ko acche se jaante ho aur uss cheej k sahi hone ki gaurantee lete ho....in that case you CAN be held liable for conspiracy as an co accused. Yes aap par bhi charges frame ho sakte h
