does this ipc effects on govt job verification process?

I was caught by police and he charged me under Section no.10988/165H of IPC 015110/117 and told me that i have to go court and pay some penalty.I pay the penalty rs. Sir if this happens can i get government jobs in India and is it necessary to indicate this in filling forms of govt. job?

Dear Sir,
in your question you have not mentioned specific section under which u were charged; however if u have paid some penalty in the court means u have been convicted for that offence which may stop u from applying in govt jobs. U can not conceal this while filing the form. U should have not pleaded guilty in the court and should have contested the offence and got acquitted.
