A case was in court against my bother who is A2 in a girl suicide case.A1 was who actually made the girl to get suicide. My brother just a former lover of the girl. Based on the girl's father complaint my brother included in the case, but no evidence found against my brother. My query is... "Is this case in court in present/future be a problem him to get govt job?"

Since your brother is arrayed as A2 in a girl suicide case, it will be in his interest to file a discharge petition under section 239 of Cr.P.C and get out of the case.
Unfortunately as long as the case is pending, your brother might have difficulties in securing a government job.
