gud evening , sir mere bhai ke upar case chal rha h. dhara 323, 504,506,325 ipc h. sir unhe kya govt job me problem ban sakti h. ydi ban sakti h to sir eska koi upay h. thanks
yes, until and unless the FIR is not quashed or your brother has been acquitted from the case your brother cannot apply for government job. I would suggest you to apply for quashing of FIR in the Hon'ble High court under section 482 Cr. PC.
