If the cases has been quashed then nothing to worry about it. You need not to mention it in the applications. If You get selected for the bank automatically they will enquire it and if they see that case is quashed then they wont rise any objections.

Since your case is quashed by high court you have no criminal cases pending.Hence there is no issue in getting govt jobs. The quashing of a case means that you don't have any case in any of the court. so you don't have to mention that you had a case in past.

If the case is quashed as you said, then there is no problem to apply for govt.jobs. Moreover the Court has not at all found you guilty after trial. Hence the question does not arise at all and no need to worry.

It is better to mentioned the case details in application. Only conviction on moral turpitude is only a bar of govt and other jobs.
in your case ,there is no conviction. So dont worry. it will not affect your job applications.

Hi,

Your case was not a serious one, and also it is already quashed by the High Court. So it will not affect when you try to join for any for bank jobs, government jobs, UPSC Jobs. However, while you are filling the application forms or making declarations while joining for the said jobs, you should mention it and state that it was quashed. Otherwise it will amount to suppression of facts.
