Doctor charged on molestation while conducting the examination

While conducting the examination of a girl, doctor is charged on molestation case. The case has been on since 2013 and there is no end. Though the doctor has all proof and is sure to be free. Even though is there any way to finish the case faster? How long will it take?

Since your matter is already pending before the court of law ask ur advocate whom u must have engaged to present ur case properly and pray before the court for its appropriate order/s and court has its own rule to follow hence its not possible to guide u as to how long it will take for its final order / disposal. since the judge looks into every corner of the case so that no party are deprived from justice.
