Do we have the right to file the case after mediation

In high court Recently one of our criminal writ was disposed by court with order to mediation. But we see mediation failing. Do we still have right to file the case? In this case what does dispose and dismiss mean? Our case is dispose and said that aggrieved party shall be free to file appreciate proceeding with law

You are advised to meet with order copy because I have to go through entire judgement then only I will be able to give proper advise to you. Judgement in what terms and condition passed. I will have to look

Usualy dispose means case is decided and order passed in favour of Petitioner. Dismissal goes in favour of respondent. I need to go through the details of ur case first thwn only l will be able to say what next. Thanks.
