Denied scholarship although eligible what can I do

15-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I applied for a top class scholarship scheme during my PGDM course last year. One of the criteria for granting scholarship was that the family income should not be more than Rs.4.50 lakh per annum. Now some students have shown fake income certificates and hence are granted scholarships. And although I am eligible I didn't get. What are my possible legal options? Please help

You need to gather the proof that others have submitted forged and fabricated salary proofs and establish how because of this my chance has gone. Approach high court you succeed. Challenge the selection.
