Delay in reporting cases under sec 409,420,504 509

Complainant has filed criminal case with said sections, after date 505days delay of date of false and fictitious allegation. The same complainant is jointly, at present contesting cases against 3rd parties. Further, he authorized the accused to contest cases against 3rd parties, and the same is ordered by the judge in IA. Kindly advice me to proceed against the complainant. At one point he has filed criminal complaint against 3rd of KIDNAPPING and ATTEMPT MURDER and now against accused under 409,420,504 and 509. Both complainant and accused have registered partnership deed with ARBITRATION c
