Query is not complete, wait for charge sheet and produce evidence at the time of trial. You can file quashing petition u/sec.482 Cr.P.C. in High Court .You can also file a suit for Restitution of Conjugal Right in Family Court.

Hi
498A is a bailable, cognizable offence. If an F.I.R has been lodged against you, then you must have been issued 41A notice.
You will have to defend yourself in the best manner.you haven't mentioned any status regarding the case.

Sir, 1st you have to collect the copy of FIR of the case. Contact with the I.O. You did not say whether you already receive any notice U/S41Cr.P.C or not? If you still not received, go before Ld. Magistrate for getting bail. Contact with an Advocate he will advise you better.

Hello !!!
Please comply Section 41A Crpc Notice which will be given by the police station. Take an anticipatory Bail from your concerned District Court. Co operate with the investigating agency and face and appear in trial Court after freaking charge.
Thank you

It is only first stage of a Criminal Case. The Way is so long enough. Therefore, do not think about it right now and did not hike your Blood Pressure. First wait for Charge Sheet. If you are in Bail, then do not met with Investigation Officer for submitting Charge Sheet. Remember that, In Criminal Case Long delay will acquit the accused. Therefore, do not take Tension Freely. Take it easy.
