Daughter committed suicide after father scolded her for sex chat

If any boy was doing sex chat with any girl and after that girl commits suicide when her father shown her chat and she was scolded badly by her father.In this case who will responsible for this, the boy or father?
The father can be charged for for abatement to suicide as long as one can prove it. I am saying as long as because in cases like these no one admits there fault and the conversation between the father and the daughter which i am pretty sure is not recorded one cannot be proved before the court. But in such cases curcumstantial evidence plays an important role on which a lawyer must focus on.
