Hello,

Yes. If criminal cases are registered against you, you may find it hard to get a govt job as no govt department will be happy to have criminals in their departments. However, after trial, if you are acquitted of all the charges against you, you can apply for a govt job and your application might be accepted if all other requirements pertaining to the eligibility for the post are fulfilled. The punishment for 323 IPC if found guilty will may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. The punishment for 504 IPC if found guilty may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both. The punishment for 509 IPC if found guilty will be with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.

only if such charges were proved and convicted only then only there will be a problem unless mere charging and framing charges wont prove your guilt and only after judgment you will have this discussion
