Criminal Offence from schizophrenia

My uncle is being schizophrenic past 10 year he is day by giving us worst environment.he used to torture and hit his wife.today become the victim of this offence. Plz don't no how to overcome from these as he is family but now could not bere this pain anymore. Plz want to know largel process for this type of domestic violence
Your aunt can either go ahead with his treatment or she can file petition for divorce in the family court under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act.
