Criminal charges under section 467,468,471,474,201,120(B)

One individual legal heir of Xyz of original recorded owner of khata no. 462 measuring an area of 1.15dc filed FIR before the police stating therein that one BB having no right title interest by misrepresenting facts and producing false documents managed to get the record of right corrected in respect of the land mentioned with the help of tahasil staff of 2008. at that time i was the BC to deal with mutation section. so i was arrested for the same. the record of right was corrected during the year 2010. i was transferred and relieved from tahasil office wef from 25.02.2009. the case was instituted during the year 2008 and final order was passed by the tahsildar on 19.1.2009. the record was not entered in the case register for the year 2008.one private person was working in tahasil office. he was assisting us at that time in his handwriting case was instituted order was written by some others not known. the case record was missing after correction of ROR at the computer cell
