Criminal case was registered against me can I get govt job

Sir , I completed my graduation and Now preparing for competitive exams. During my graduation a case was registered against me and 16 more people for college issues by another group .We were called by the police and asked to sign on 41A notice ..the case is closed now. Will it be a problem for me to get government job ?
