Criminal case number received from court how to get it corrected

Hi, i had lodged FIR against my husband and it was under two sections 498 A and 420.Today i received SMS from VM-COURTS mentioned the criminal case number .When i opened the criminal case number in website http://ecourts.gov.in/bangalore. I see the case status but only one section 420 is mentioned and 498 A section is missing rest details are correct. I contacted police station and they asked me to get it corrected in court showing the FIR. Whom and how should i get it corrected and include the section that's left out ?

You go to the Court of the date shown as next hearing date of the case. Your case will be conducted by usually an APP. Before the proceedings meet him/ her and show the FIR and urge to tell the Court to include the section you wanted.

Madam the section mentioned on web site does not matter to your case as in Fir the all sections are mentioned, further if in chargesheet which is filed or which may be filed later in that if the section is not mentioned then you have to approach court.

You have to go to the jurisdictional court where your case number has registered as per the FIR filed by the concerned police. Hence visit the court and check the case number as per the address of police station means jurisdictional police station cases will be assigned to particular court hall there you can contact government advocate of concerned court those are called as PP (Public Prosecutor) through him you can submit through an application to the court to rectify.

You can give recomplaint also but it's depand upon complaint stage is very important before you should contact any Advocates near you it's better to change if any time con't be change complaint some times it's difficulty to change
