Criminal case filed and case dismissed. Can complainant again file it?

One criminal private case under section (464,468,471,474,504 r/w 34) has been filed in metropolitian court. Metropolitian judge has been asked for investigating matter & submit the report under 156(3).Meanwhile AB has been taken from session court. Police investigation made out & C summary report has been filed. again the complainant asked for reinvestigation of the matter. after reinvestigation again C summary report has been filed by the police. The case is disposed off by metropolitian court.But the complainant is again make review petition in session court & he is harrasing us by this mean
