my frnd gt criminal case undr sectn 498A,406,506(1)ipc,he flew to abraod without attending the court,he gt 3 summon through court,bt police didnt issuse the summon ,becz he s nt n the house, cn i able to file a case against him states that he illegaly flew to abraod?cn i able to gt arrest warant n him? what r the sectns n crimina case s punishable if any persn illegaly move to abroad,cn able to punish him undr law?in which act s punishable?he tok my 50soviergn jewelsnd 15laks money to abrod?cn i able to cmplnt to comissner to brng bck him to chennai?cn a criminal case aquist can fly to abroad?
