Court ordered to be present in police station how to cancel
13-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
mark presence before the concerned Police Station on every Monday of each English calendar month for a period of three months and thereafter, alternate Monday for a period of six month. I just want to stop this or i cant visit police station every monday again and again.

You shall have to file an application for modification of bail conditions. The said application shall have to be filed before the court that has granted bail.

while granting bail court generally put certain conditions, which you have to obey, otherwise you cant get bail or if you break any condition or disobey any condition your bail can get cancel very easily.
if you find's any condition which you can't able to obey like the above one, then the way is to file an application before the same court who had granted bail and request to ease the condition but for that you have to give a valid reason.
