Court only postponing the matter what to do

my wife reminder on 14-4-17, I filed bail pet. on next day, it comes on table on 19/4, after arguments he posted the bail pet. on 26/4, neither he is granting or rejecting, only postponing the matter. the case is in sessions court, due to this I am unable to move high court for bail, please give suggestions in this matter
Wat is the crime, under what sections the case was filed..? As per ur information definitely the matter will b dismissed. Then only we have to go to High court.
