Conviction under section 306 of IPC under Indian Kanoon

Sir,my father is a owner of a commercial room 500 meters away from our home.Tenant of that room neither doing business nor signed room aggriment since 2009.Because of that i locked the from outside without giving legal notice to him.Two days later he hanged himself inside the room by removing one of the wooden plank of the room(condition of the room was bad because of repair work not done since 2009).His family lounch an FIR under section 302/201/34.police investigate the matter and file chargesheet u/s 306/34 of IPC on me and my father.postmortem report says ''death is due to antimormem suicidal hanging''.Inspite of that almost all PW give statement in supporting of sec 302.Plz guide me how i should approach and if there is any chance of conviction for me and my father.

please understand that whatever you have told is based only your facts. I need to look at the chargesheet to get the exact picture and also the version of the prosecution. The prosecution has sought to makeout a case under section 306/34 IPC. the witnesses are making out a case of murder again with out any definitive accusation against both of you. All my assessments are basedon mere assumptions on the little information you have provided. please understand I cannot give you the best advice without looking at the papers
