complaint by employer in police station and the police is harassing me

i was working with Morani Triumph Motorcycle from nov. 2015, but company never gave me any joining letter or any written proof that i was the employee of that particular company. i finalized a deal on a new motorcycle in exchange of an old one (buy back) i was supposed to sell that used motorcycle for 10Lacs and i bought couple of customers for 9 or 9.5 Lacs but company refused to sell the bike. Then due to my personal circumstances i quit the job in march 2016. Now company has filed a complaint in sanganer police station and the police is harassing me. please suggest what should i do.
you need to tell me that under whose name this motor cycle is at present and who is holding possession of this motor cycle at the same time tell me the incidence time and phone call details between you and customer or seller between you and showroom owner and once you will furnish all detail , you will be at ease and no police personnel can do anything if you are not guilty or at real fault . but you will have to prove it
