complaint against my Landlord no action taken yet what to do

me and my father residing in room premises together my father was original tenant of the premises in march 2012 my father was expired on 14/3/2012 in premises .electric bill and rent receipt in the name of my father .After my father expired Lanlord collected rent receipt till june 2012 there after refused to collect rent demanded 2 lakh and i handover the money to Lanlord in pune after lanlord demanding NOC of all legal hair to transfer the rent receipt to my name i have all the email conversion and chat after lanlord made application for transfer the premises in their son name by annexing forged and faricated documents (current rent receipt in the name lalord son )i immediately made complaint to BMC and 22.10.2016 Lanlord called me in pune to transfer permises but lanlord started quarrels and abused me most fithy language i lodge complaint pune police station then i complaint in my local police station and BMC no one take the action against lanlord

You can file a complaint to the superior officer in the nearest police station, and if there is no action taken on their behalf then you can file a case to the magistrate under section 156(3) of CrPC.

Firstly, in such case police have right to interfere for threatening and abusing, and they primarily take Report of Non-Cognizable offence, and if second instance happens they will suggest you to file private complaint in the court,

Secondly, the transfer of property receipt is civil work you can file application for transfer and STAY against landlord in civil court of your area.

Thirdly, you said he transfered property in his son name by fabricated docs, you can also file case against him for forgery and other criminal activity against him.
