Complainant filing a case against police for not taking action

A person make a complain against me for Motercycle Loot with 3 cheque and 4000 Rs in April 2016. Police finding nil against me, FIR not registered. They charged 107, 116 and case continue running in SDM Court. In January 2017 the complainer went to court and submit a ISTGASA against police for not taking action and FIR against me. Now what can I do.
Though at this stage as per law you don't have a say, but still you appear and file your certified documents before trial court. The court will reject it but Cognizane against would be tough then, more the best way is , that you also file a counter complaint case alleging false case is due to be registered against you and get both of them clubbed
