company that sold the plot does not exist now

i bought a plot near shamshabad which is a venture called dhatri township by hema estates. A person named jakkampudi kishore sold the plot to us around 8 years back. After then we got to know that the company does not exist anymore. we cannot contact any of the numbers given in the brochure nor the company office exists. Now, the land has become a waste and our hard earned money 7 lakhs that we put into it has gone. We dont know where Mr. Jakkampudi Kishore is. Can we get some advice about what to do now.
If you have an agreement of sale or sale deed then that is sufficient to establish your title in court. If the company or its directors have disappeared, it will be the duty of police to find them . Police will trace such absconding promoters if you file a cheating case on the promoter. Even if they can't find the promoters at least the court will grant you title to property which can help you to recoup your hard earned money.
