Client making unwanted advances and asking for favours to clear my due

I run a recruitment firm in Delhi. It's a sole proprietorship firm. I have a client for whom i have been recruiting and have a contract with him from last year. There are huge amounts due from them towards me and along with that the Managing director of the company is making unwanted advances towards and asking to do certain things on whatsapp to get my money. What action can i take against him?

If you have proof of receipt of money at the time of lending then file a civil recovery suit to recover your amount and for whats app masseges you can make a complaint to the police and thereafter block him to receive msgs from him.
