Clarification regarding Prevention of immoral traffic act

5 person caught in police raid from private home on news of informant. Police informant gave rupees to 1 male who is the house owner. He signaled and police raid there and caught 2 more male and 2 female to act as a prostitute. Which section will get attracted on all 5 person in immoral traffic act. Please helppppppp
The sections would vary with the facts and circumstances. Being a prostitute is not a problem whereas pimping is a crime. Though these acts can be covered under several sections of ITPA act as well as the penalty code.
