My question is A B ko poison dene k intention se poison ( sankhiya) samajh kar sugar de deta hai food me please tell me A ki liability
If it is prove that a has intention to murder B and A has motive to murder B than A would be guilty of attempt to commit culpable homicide under section 308 IPC .if any person does any act with such intention under such circumstances that if by that act caused death .
