I am an IT professional and got offer in a MNC company , there is a Backgroung check form that ask for the information . it say's have you ever convicted of a felony. Need to know if these section fall under felony 452,504.33,354,506 ii r/w34 of IPC. Please guide me should i mark Yes or No.
