Clarification of the law related to Summons and non-appearance

26-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I haven't received any summons yet either by registered Post or by The local Police . My case is registered out of state. Will the court issue a non bailable warrant against me if I am unaware of my dates. Also after how many summons Will the court issue a non- bailable warrant ? Also if a non bailable warrant is issued can I re apply for bail again ? Also what is the procedure of delivering summons to an accused , if out of state case?

Sir,
You have not mentioned nature of case. How can I help you, kindly mention the nature of case or consult me to discuss face to face and get relief. Normally without serving the summons court can not issued the non bail able warrant, otherwise case may be dismissed. Kindly consult more information and explain the nature the case.

If your case registered out of state and if you have not received summons so for nothing to worry because unless and until summons is not served no non bailable warrant issued against you

You have not given details of nature of case cheque bounce case or criminal case in both cases procedure to summons different.
In criminal case summons served through police
If case registered out of state summons served through the help of your jurisdictional police.
Once summons served and if you won't appear before court as on the date mentioned in summons court issue non bailable warrant
The police who come and arrest you and produce before court.
You have to file recall warrant application to cancel warrant ,the court take back warrant by imposing fine

Where ever you live , if after service of summons to you , you fail to appear then NBW shall be issued against you.. you can apply for recalling of NBW .. Summons shall come to you either by post or through local police..
